Trees close to the house are a big part of why people buy in Newburgh, and they come with tenants. Carpenter ants nest in damp wood outdoors, then follow branches and utility lines into fascia, window frames and decks. Wasps and hornets build under eaves, in deck rails and in the ground along wooded edges.
