“I keep spraying and they keep coming back”
That is the most common thing we hear on a first call. The ants went away for a week. The wasps built a new nest ten feet from the old one. One mouse in October became droppings in three drawers by Thanksgiving. The can from the hardware store did what it could.
Here is why. Almost everything you see inside your home is a symptom of something outside it or underneath it. Ants trail in from a colony under the slab or in the mulch bed. Mice come through a gap around a utility line you have never noticed. Spiders show up where the insects they eat already live. Spraying the ant on the counter does nothing to the colony, so the colony sends more ants.
The other thing we hear is quieter: “I’m not sure the last company actually did anything.” A tech sprayed the baseboards for eight minutes and left an invoice, and nobody explained what the pest was or where it was getting in. Answering that is most of our job.
How our general pest control works
We use integrated pest management, a plain idea with a technical name: find the pest, fix the reason it is there, and use product where it is needed instead of everywhere.

You get the name of the pest, where it is coming in, what is attracting it, and what we recommend. If the fix is sealing a gap or moving the firewood off the house, we say so even when it means less work for us.
We treat at the source
Baits for ants and roaches where they forage, so they carry it back to the colony. Exterior barrier treatments at the foundation and entry points. Nest removal for wasps. Traps, bait stations and exclusion for rodents. Applied by technicians certified through the Office of the Indiana State Chemist, working under Richard’s license.
We follow up, or we keep coming
For a one-time job we check back to confirm it held. For recurring service we return on a schedule, treat the exterior before each season’s pests arrive, and handle anything that shows up between visits as part of the plan.

One-time visit or recurring plan?
Not everyone needs a recurring plan, and we will say so. A single wasp nest, a one-off ant trail after a storm, or a mouse that got in through an open door are one-time jobs. We treat, confirm it held, and you call us again if you need us.
Recurring service makes sense when the pressure is constant. Older homes with many entry points, houses backing onto woods or fields, heavy mulch and landscaping against the foundation, and anyone who has fought the same ants every spring for years tend to get more from a scheduled plan than from a series of panic calls.

Commercial pest control is mostly about dependability. An apartment building, a set of rental houses or a restaurant kitchen needs a company that shows up when scheduled, keeps records, and talks to the people on site so the manager is not the go-between. Pest control questions, answered plainly
What does general pest control cover?
The common household pests here: ants, spiders, wasps and hornets, occasional invaders such as stink bugs and boxelder bugs, crickets, earwigs, silverfish, and mice and roaches at the level a home typically sees them. Established roach infestations, larger rodent problems, termites and bed bugs each have their own service.
Is it safe for pets and children?
We choose products and placements with pets and kids in mind, which is one reason we prefer baits in enclosed stations and cracks over broadcast spraying inside. Richard goes over what is being used, where, and any short re-entry guidance. If you have a reptile, fish tank or bird, mention it at the inspection so we can plan around it.
How soon will I stop seeing bugs?
It depends on the pest. Wasp nests are gone the same day. Ants and roaches on bait often get busier for a few days as they carry it back to the colony, then drop off over one to two weeks. Rodents take a couple of visits to trap and seal. We tell you what to expect up front.
What does it cost?
